About

Advice was never the problem. Distribution was.

Good financial advice changes lives — but the way it's delivered means most people never receive any. Vecta exists to change the economics of advice, not the standard of it.

Human advisers are sophisticated, holistic and personal — and structurally unable to serve more than a few hundred clients each. So advice concentrates among those who can pay thousands of dollars for it, while the members who would benefit most make their biggest financial decisions alone.

We build an AI digital adviser — digital advice that engages members the way good advisers do: starting with goals, working through real circumstances, and connecting every strategy back to what the member actually wants. And we keep qualified advisers in the loop on every piece of personal advice — because trust in advice is earned through accountability, not automation.

Vecta is an Australian company, built first for Australian superannuation — where the Retirement Income Covenant has made member outcomes a whole-of-membership obligation, and where the advice gap is widest exactly where the need is greatest.

The team

This team has built adviser technology the industry runs on.

Vecta's founders built AdviserLogic — the financial planning software used by around 1,500 advisers across 550 practices — and sold it to Morningstar in 2019. Vecta is the same discipline applied to the other side of the advice gap: the members advisers never reach.
